Whole body time domain fluorescence imaging of fluorescent proteins in preclinical models

Abstract

Time domain imaging and fluorescence lifetime contrast enables whole body imaging of multiple spectrally similar fluorophores and accurate separation of protein fluorescence from tissue autofluorescence with a high contrast to background ratio.
