Advanced nonlinear optical microscopy for imaging of development of skeletal muscle

Abstract

We develop a multimodal nonlinear optical microscope, including stimulated Raman scattering, two-photon excited fluorescence and second harmonic generation, to study skeletal muscle of mal-development caused by gene defection and normal development.
