Abstract

We demonstrate quantitative-phase asymmetric-detection time-stretch optical microscopy (Q-ATOM) for interferometry-free quantitative phase cellular imaging at an ultrafast line-scan rate of 26 MHz, without using iterative phase-retrieval algorithm.
