Imaging of the Mouse Cochlea with Two-photon Microscopy and Multimode Fiber-based Microendoscopy

Not Accessible

Abstract

We demonstrate imaging of the mouse cochlea using two-photon excited autofluorescence for the diagnosis of pathologic changes. We also show the potential of phase-conjugation through multimode fiber as a microendoscopy-based solution for in vivo diagnosis.
