Nonlinear Optical Imaging and Spectroscopy of Retina

Abstract

We developed a nonlinear optical microscopy system combining two-photon excitation autofluorescence and Stimulated Raman Scattering imaging to achieve label-free characterization of fine structures in each retinal layer of fresh mouse retina ex vivo.
