Abstract

In this work, we developed an active wide-field illumination strategy to enhance dynamic range, SNR and lifetime-based parameters estimation at high acquisition speeds. We applied it to quantify FRET with improved accuracy from cell-based FRET assay in multi-well plate, harvested organs and live mouse.
