Noncontact Three-dimensional Flow Contrast Imaging of Deep Tissue Using Diffuse Correlation Tomography

Abstract

We extended our noncontact diffuse correlation spectroscopy flowmetry to a diffuse correlation tomography for three-dimensional imaging of tissue blood flow contrast. Validation of this novel imaging system has been done using computer simulations and tissue-like phantoms.
