Label-Free Screening Small Molecule Compounds for Protein Ligands with Optically Detected Microarrays

Abstract

We developed an optical scanner for label-free screening small molecule compounds in microarray format for protein ligands. It has a detection throughput of 12,000 compounds per slide and thus promises screening 100,000 compounds per day.
