Multimodal and multiview imaging of cutaneous tissue in vivo

Abstract

A portable system that integrates hyperspectral, laser speckle, and multiview imaging modalities was developed for quantitative assessment of cutaneous wounds. Three dimensional tissue profile, oxygenation, and perfusion maps were reconstructed and co-registered seamlessly.
