Abstract

An ultrasound-switchable fluorescence imaging system is developed for deep-tissue high-resolution imaging. The system includes acoustic, optical, electronic, mechanical scanning and data acquisition sub-systems. Results show the feasibility of high-resolution fluorescence imaging using the system.
