Nanoaperture Optical Co-Trapping of a Protein-Antibody Pair

Abstract

We use a microfluidically integrated nanoaperture to optically trap a single bovine serum albumin (BSA), followed by trapping of anti-BSA in the same nanoaperture. This is promising for the study of single particle protein binding.
