Development of low-divergence coherent soft x-ray source at 13 nm with high harmonics

Abstract

We demonstrated the generation of nanojoule high-quality soft-x ray at a wavelength around 13 nm with high-order harmonic. The 57th harmonic (13.6 mm) energy was estimated to be 10 nJ/pulse.
