Abstract

We demonstrate a novel technique to fabricate concave micro-mirrors with programmable focal length by microfluidic capillary. Micro-mirrors with focal length of 13um, 19um, 28um, 50um and flat mirror were fabricated and characterized. These micro-mirrors show great ability to converge light into a focal point. This technique also introduces a whole new concept of fabricating and integrating optical components with microfluidic channels.
