Progress in electro-optic polymers for broadband terahertz systems

Abstract

We developed electro-optic (EO) polymers for use as emitters and sensors of THz radiation. Their large EO coefficients (>50 pm/V) and amorphous structure make these materials suitable for broadband THz applications.
