Abstract

A simultaneous measurement of CH4 and O2 based on stokes Raman scattering was demonstrated. Power Build-up Cavity(PBC) as a light source, a band pass filter and Avalanche Photo Diode was employed. The detection limit was lower than 1000ppm.
