Novel single point access fluid flow measurement technique based on two photon absorption fluorescence microscopy

Abstract

We present a novel method for the analysis of fluid flows using two photon absorption fluorescence imaging. Results are presented showing the ability of this technique to obtain quantitative parameters describing the fluid flow.
