Abstract

A computer-contralled feedback system that combined modified-SPIDER and a 4-f active chirp compensator enabled us to compress photonic-crystal-fiber output pulses to 6.8 fs. Furthermore, the compressed-pulse profile showed the excellent agreement with fringe-resolved autocorrelation measurement.
