Ultrabroadband THz Wave Detection beyond 80THz Using Photoconductive Antenna

Abstract

Detection limit of photoconductive antenna in mid-infrared region was investigated using ultrabroadband THz wave generated with a GaSe crystal. We found that antenna technique has potential for detection of higher frequency region beyond 80THz.
