Noninvasive Multi-Modality Nonlinear Imaging of Heart Development Using Transgenic Zebrafish Lines Tagged with Hc-Red Fluorescence Proteins

Abstract

We generated zebrafish lines with two-photon red fluorescence expressed in the heart excited by 1230nm light. With high penetration and high viability, heart development dynamics deep inside live embryos is noninvasively revealed in vivo.
