Towards Noise Robustness in Optimal Quantum Control Experiments

Abstract

Optimal control operates in the presence of noise. Enhancement of the signal to noise ratio through optimized control is demonstrated for two condensed phase systems: Second harmonic generation and stimulated emission of dye solution.
