Analysis of Implantation Induced Gratings for CWDM

Abstract

The Bragg reflection coefficients suit able for a CWDM system have been calculated by using coupled mode theory based on perturbation obtained by impurity induced intermixing of quantum wells and analyzed for different order gratings.
