Abstract

19 mW of continuous-wave ultraviolet radiation at 320 nm with ~9% optical-to-optical efficiency in absorbed power is demonstrated by intracavity frequency-doubling of a Pr:LiYF4 laser, excited by an optically pumped semiconductor laser.
