Abstract

High-efficiency high-power operation of 2 at.% crystalline Nd:YAG is demonstrated. CW output power of 46.1W and slope efficiency of 60% are obtained, and 11mJ pulses at 100Hz with QCW-pumping are achieved with 12ns Q-switched pulses.
