Abstract

Intensity dependence of OPO performance was measured to investigate uniformity in thick QPM PPMgSLT fabricated by using single-and multi-pulse methods. A large effective aperture (fluctuation<10%) of 1.4×1.3 mm2 may be obtained in the both devices.
