Two-photon excitation fluorescence imaging by using wavelength division scanning

Abstract

We demonstrate a new wavelength-division scanning method for two-photon excitation fluorescence imaging. Two-photon imaging results using lateral wavelength division scanning are presented. Feasibility of axial wavelength division scanning is discussed.
