Cryogenic Radiometer-Based High Accurate Measurement of Ge and InGaAs Trap Detector Responsivity

Abstract

We report on high accurate measurements of the spectral responsivity of Ge and InGaAs trap detectors directly against a cryogenic radiometer in the wavelength ranges between 1260nm and 1360nm and between 1460nm and 1620nm.
