Abstract

By high-finesse cavity enhancement, we achieve 101±9 MW/cm2 cw intracavity intensity on the surfaces of the cavity mirrors. No permanent damage to the mirrors’ coating is found and distortion measurement of mirrors’ surfaces is performed.
