We measured the 4s 2S1/2-4p 2P1/2 and 4s 2S1/2-4p 2P3/2 transitions of potassium with an absolute accuracy better than 100 kHz. The isotopes 39, 40, and 41 are investigated in an atomic beam apparatus.
