Abstract

Composite Yb:YAG/Cr:YAG ceramics was fabricated successfully by using vacuum sintering technique and nanocrystalline technology. Self-Q-switched lasers with pulse energy of 125 μJ, and peak power of 105 kW have been demonstrated for the first time
