Quantitative Phase Microscopy with Asynchronous Digital Holography System

Abstract

We demonstrate a new method of measuring quantitative phase in biological materials. The method utilizes asynchronous digital holography, which uses a moving fringe created by acousto-optic modulators. Results are demonstrated on live cell samples.
