We report divergence, astigmatism, and <i>M2</i> for 8.77μm quantum cascade lasers. Divergence of 62°x32° FWHM and <i>M2</i> of 1.81 and 1.22 were measured for fast and slow axes, respectively, with an astigmatism of ~4μm.
