Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally a new technique for measuring unambiguously the surface displacement of a vibrating surface, independent of speckles and power fluctuations, using a high sensitivity pulsed laser vibrometer based on the photo-electromotive-force (photo-EMF) sensors.
