Enhanced ZnO band-gap emission of electroluminescence from ZnO nanoparticle/Organic nanocomposites using a hole-transporting material

Abstract

We report electroluminescence from ZnO nanoparticle-based devices prepared by the spin-coating process. The TPD enhances electrons and holes to recombine in the ZnO nanoparticles. The optimal device exhibits a narrow spectrum at 392 nm.
