Abstract

We have demonstrated Bi<sup>2</sup>O<sup>3</sup>-based Erbium doped fiber ring laser. Only 0.2-m of BIEDF as a gain media shows 134 nm tunable range and high signal-to-noise ration over 70 dB for 120 nm tunable range.
