Abstract

Terahertz emission properties from photoconductive antenna made of Fe:InP Schottky diode have been studied upon femtosecond fiber laser excitation at a wavelength of 1560 nm in comparison with DAST. The InP emitter generates THz waves efficiently and it has proven that the fiber-laser-based THz-TDS using the InP and DAST emitter is a potential broadband spectroscopy system.
