Abstract

We demonstrate a novel output-coupling technique for XUV frequency combs generated inside femtosecond enhancement cavities, permitting virtually unlimited power scalability. A first demonstration yields record-high average powers and highest order harmonics from multi-megahertz repetition-rate HHG.
