We numerically demonstrate a low loss optical lens (~1.55 µm) with inhomogeneous graded index metamaterials. Parametric studies are presented. For a (64x64)?<sup>2</sup>sample f=3.2 mm, T=0.76. This structure can be fabricated with standard semiconductor processing.
