Abstract

We demonstrate a single-shot ultrafast optical oscilloscope using a four-wave-mixing-based parametric temporal lens integrated on a CMOS-compatible silicon photonic chip. Experimentally, we demonstrate waveform measurement with a 100-ps record length and sub-picosecond resolution.
