Electric Field Enhancing Properties of the V-shaped Optical Resonant Antennas

Abstract

Both dipolar and quadrupolar modes are proved to be effectively excited and strong field enhancement is found in the gap of the V-shaped optical resonant antenna by using FDTD simulations.
