Abstract

A novel light source, emitted from 10-?m-core Ce<sup>3+</sup>:YAG double-clad crystal fiber, was applied on optical coherence tomography with 1.5-?m axial resolution in air. The 3-dimensional stroma of fish cornea was mapped as an in vivo demonstration.
