Abstract

A new type of microstructured fiber for mid-IR is introduced. The chalcogenide microporous fiber allows extensive dispersion engineering that enables red-shifting the zero-dispersion point in the vicinity of CO<sup>2</sup>laser lines and ultra-flat dispersion windows.
