Temperature Response of ULE Fabry-Perot Cavities

Abstract

Low expansion glass cavities with optically contacted mirrors can exhibit structural distortions at the mirrors which may shift the temperature at which dν/dT = 0. An update on experiments to confirm finite element modeling analysis is presented.
