Statistical Hypothesis Testing for Super-Resolution Localization Imaging at High Speed

Abstract

We predict a 6-to-15-fold increase in the imaging speed of super-resolution photo-activated localization microscopy using a novel algorithm for estimation of the number of multiple molecules activated simultaneously within a diffraction-limited area.
