Abstract

We introduce visible light optical gratings to surface plasmon Vgroove waveguides. Gradient ebeam dosage onto silicon stamp enables structuring Vgrooves of varying depth. Nanoimprint lithography maintains λ=265nm corrugation for gold surface devices.
