Pump-Probe Melanoma Imaging: Applications to High-Resolution and In-Vivo Microscopy

Abstract

Pump-probe imaging of melanin with near-infrared pulses has been extended to two new domains: high-resolution imaging of the melanin content of melanosomes in an individual melanocyte and epi-detected in vivo microscopy of a developing melanoma.
