Waveguide biosensor with integrated photodetector array for tuberculosis serology

Abstract

The first label-free LEAC biosensor immunoassay demonstration is reported. CMOS chips with integrated photoconductor arrays detected 150kDa tuberculosis related antibodies and 18kDa protein antigens. The limit of detection for thickness change was 120 pm.
