Hyperentanglement in Semiconductor Waveguides

Abstract

A proposal to generate modal and polarization hyperentangled photons using Bragg reflection waveguides is discussed. A high quality of entanglement is achievable with spectral filtering using filter bandwidths of a few nanometers.
