Efficient Parametric Cavity Enhanced Terahertz Generation Based on Quasi-Phase Matched GaP Bonded Structures

Abstract

We demonstrate cavity enhanced parametric THz generation with power of 339μW and enhancement factor of ~151 through quasi-phase-matched GaP pumped by 1.5um pulsed fiber lasers.
