Coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) holographic biological imaging

Abstract

We demonstrate non-scanning three-dimensional (3D) imaging of cellular components in live cancerous (HeLa) cells by combining the chemical selectivity of CARS with the 3D imaging capability of holography to establish a new technique for bio-imaging.
