Imaging of Terahertz surface plasmon waves with a sub-wavelength aperture probe

Abstract

We present imaging of THz surface plasmon polariton (SPP) waves with an integrated sub-wavelength aperture probe. Using detected SPP patterns, we explain the mechanism of SPP coupling into the probe.
